Make a guest's stay absolutely perfect in this position. Greet and help guests get checked in and to their rooms, assist them with needs from the menus and oversee the lobby. Make and serve food from our curated menu, serve beer and wine, drive the shuttle.
This position is the face of Hyatt Place for every person who walks in the front door. We are the first and last people they'll see when they visit us.
Hotel Experience a bonus, but not required. Spanish speaking is sought after but not required.
A friendly demeanor is necessary and the intention to go above and beyond the basic idea of customer service.
