Responsibilities
• Promote sales growth through merchandise execution.• Ensure well-trained team delivers world-class service.• Assist with retail operations and food services.• Listen to customer feedback and make adjustments.• Supervise and train 5-10 employees.• Create a fast-paced, sales-focused environment.• Maintain clean and friendly work environment.• Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.• Perform regular physical tasks and lifting up to 50lbs.• Maintain the store's appearance and product availability.
Requirements
• 2+ years of retail, travel stop, or department store management experience.• Intermediate level computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel).• Experience supervising and training employees.• Ability to work flexible shifts.• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and climb.• Strong communication and customer service skills.
