Freight Forwarding Sales Executive - USA Remote
About Us:
Our company is an expanding company dedicated to providing top-notch logistics solutions. We are currently seeking a driven and personable Freight Forwarding Sales Executive to join our team. If you're passionate about sales, fostering relationships, and possess excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! This position offers a competitive salary starting at $70,000, with uncapped commissions based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Cultivate strong relationships with customers and cultivate new business opportunities.
Collaborate with our team of freight forwarding experts to capitalize on global prospects.
Establish communication channels with potential clients, understand their supply chain needs, and craft tailored proposals to address their requirements.
Promote our comprehensive services including Ocean Import/Export, Air Import/Export, Distribution & Warehousing, Cargo Insurance, and Customs Brokerage.
Exceed monthly goals and objectives by consistently delivering exceptional service.
Maintain regular communication with our Operations/Customer Service Departments to ensure seamless client experiences.
Desired Experience:
3-5 years of experience in logistics/freight sales.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and efficiently to meet productivity targets.
Strong organizational skills, essential for collaborating with multiple departments and following up with clients and prospects.
Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce is advantageous.
