Job summary
Looking for a resource to coordinate activitiesProvide onsite/on-call assistance for desktop computing environmentEnsure optimal service delivery
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues• Answer client questions in a professional manner• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned within SLA• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot software and hardware• Complete real-time reporting of all calls• Follow established policies and guidelines• Ensure control of assets and inventory• Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution• Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents• Perform fault diagnosis and resolution
Requirements
• Proven analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills• IT Skills and Experience• Ability to communicate with clients regarding technical issues• Ability to drive to client locations• Perform preventative maintenance and remedial repairs• Ability to lift and move computer equipment• Pass background checks and agility test• Broad experience in IT with basic understanding of networks, servers, etc.• In-depth knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Active Directory, etc.• IT Qualifications• 1-2 years of relevant experience• Willingness to travel• Perks & Benefits
