Plans, directs, organizes, and controls the operational activities of the department with final approval from the VP Operations. Oversees all Cardholder Protection and Asset Protection employees.
Systematically analyzes, identifies, and communicates emerging risk trends developing strategies, processes and procedures to measure and mitigate risk exposure to Mission Fed on all account products and services.
Develops and implements processes related to fraud and loss mitigation working with VP, Operations, vendors, Business Analysts, Core Processing and Digital Strategy teams.
Identifies process improvements for the department and frontline related to claims processes and makes recommendations for implementation to the VP or the appropriate functional area.
Leads process improvement projects to include planning, development, testing, and implementation with the support of the Cardholder Protection and Asset Protection Analyst.
Here is what we are looking for:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required. Two years of equivalent experience can substitute for every one year of education.
A minimum of 5 years of fraud prevention experience. Additionally, a minimum of 5 years' experience successfully working with a team in supervisory or management role is required.
Experience in Mastercard Processing and Chargeback Rules and Regulation E and Z are required.
Must be highly skilled and experienced in fraud and dispute claim processing, recovery, and loss mitigation.
Working knowledge of Symitar is preferred.

$95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is$95,000.00 - $130,000.00. Actual bases pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
