This is a great opportunity to get on the ground floor of a new franchise brand in the junk hauling/demolition industry. This position is accountable for identifying, engaging, qualifying and recruiting new owners into the JUNKCO community. This position will report to the VP of Franchise Sales & Development. Job Responsibilities: Respond to incoming lead inquiries. Conduct initial calls with interested candidates to provide insight on JUNKCO franchise recruitment process, to understand the candidate's decision-making process and timing, and to qualify candidates for consideration. Schedule and complete calls, webinars and discovery events that help candidates understand how the franchise offering meets their objectives.
