Responsibilities
• Administration of annual Franchise Disclosure (FDD) filing• Primary contact with franchise administration legal counsel• Evaluate processes to ensure standards and resolutions are being applied consistently• Provide recommendations regarding Franchisee corrective action• Coordinate and complete administrative and transactional processes related to store sales and transfers• Create and develop franchise agreement renewal process• Determine appropriate action regarding Franchise Agreement default• Manage franchise agreement processes to ensure uniform execution• Facilitate approvals on Franchisee extensions and related collections activity• Participate in Franchise Audit process• Franchise Software System Administration (Fran Connect)• Develop and manage a dashboard within Franchise Software (Fran Connect)• Research and analyze legal sources• Attend external events and propose new best practices• Provide administrative support to the franchise development and relations teams• Prepare and assist with legal documents• Maintain electronic repository of communications and records• Ensure compliance with record retention policies• Oversee training compliance for corporate employees• Manage default actions related to Accounts Receivable• Document and verify department expenses
Requirements
• Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies, Business Administration, or related field• 3 or more years of paralegal, contract, administration, or related experience
