Provide support to production teams to help achieve production goals. Support the fostering of a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Implement containment actions short / long-term to address any deviations from the design of the vehicle / quality of parts. Collaborate closely with the body production and maintenance teams. Address equipment and communication issues promptly to minimize production delays. Ensure seamless integration between production, maintenance, and other relevant departments. Facilitate regular meetings between teams to discuss ongoing challenges and improvement opportunities. Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in body production and maintenance. Conduct cross-departmental analysis of product launches to identify areas for improvement. Recognize and rectify bottleneck situations to optimize production flow. Provide instruction and guidance on required techniques and regulations. Track and coordinate special build events within the Pilot Hall body Team. Location & Travel Expectations: The responsibilities of this role require daily attendance at in-person meetings and events regularly. This role will be based out of the Scout Motors location in Columbia, SC. Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.

3+ years of professional experience in automotive production and logistics (e.g, inbound/outbound logistics, supplier management, container management, JIT/JIS) Experience in automotive logistics supplier management focused of Just-in-sequence Processes desirable Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics or related fields Strong technical skills in networking, hardware and software systems as well as process design Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills Ability to independently work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously High attendance to travel What you'll gain The benefits of joining Scout include the chance to build products and a company from the ground up . Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial base salary range = $110,000-$130,000
