We are looking for a motivated individual to work as a Frame Clerk in our Optical Lab!As a Frame Clerk you are responsible for keeping stock and pulling frame styles selected by the customer for each order. This is an entry-level position with hours from 4:30pm-1:00am. Employees will receive on the job training, while optical or stocking experience is helpful, no experience is necessary. The starting wage for this position is $17.00/hr.

Essential Functions include but are not limited to: Know the order of production and make sure the 'PRIORITY JOBS' are ran firstLearn and retain knowledge of frame types, sizes, colors, etc.Receive orders from online printer or Data Entry Department and tray up all ordersRead work ticket to select proper frame and send to Tracing DepartmentPull the selected frame and place in optical trayProperly scan trays in and out of your department Order and prepare frame kits for different fitting sitesMaintain adequete inventory and order frames as neededOrgainize back ordered frames and communicate back orders as necessary Check all orders upon delivery and restock frame binsCheck all packing slips on incoming deliveries and turn into AP Department Process returns or exchanges and turn into AP Department Pull and log all Frame WarrantiesWork Environment This position is located in our Frame Department of our optical labratory and operates in a production/manufacturing type setting. The temperature can sometimes be warm and the noise level can be somewhat loud. This position also requires working in close proximity to a diverse group of other co-workers.#JT
