FRAGRANCE EVALUATOR
One of our fragrance clients is seeking a dynamic Fragrance Evaluator with a passion for fragrances as well as strong olfactive skills and creative mindset for our South East US office. This client is one where people stay a long time and still thank us for putting them there years later! He or she is the guide to perfumers in the fragrance development process. You will need to work from an existing fragrance portfolio, as well as develop new and pertinent ideas for projects. The fragrance evaluator should also be well versed in the cross category beauty market, current and future olfactory trends, and assess consumer preferences.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:
Requires a comprehensive knowledge of perfumery ingredients and fragrance market: FF, PC, AC Make preliminary and final selection of fragrances that suit customer's requirements Maintain complete knowledge of fragrance library Select fragrances from the library for customer projects Work with perfumers to assist in creating Innovative/winning fragrances Coordinate with Application Lab and Marketing to complete the project's requirements. Establish corporate image while participating in trade shows. Specialize in cross-category by tracking new launches, coordinating project meetings, developing new ideas with perfumers based on new launches and trends This is mostly an onsite position with approximately 10 days remote. With production plants, creative centers and R&D sites in the US, Europe, Asia and Middle East, it bridges the gap between fragrance creation, consumer needs, and emerging innovations.
