PIC North America, a Genus Company, has an exciting opportunity. We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to partner closely with the PIC leadership team by acting as the finance business partner for the supply chain business. The position is located in our Hendersonville, Tennessee office and hybrid work is an option. The FP&A Analyst has primary accountability for supporting various business initiatives through data-driven decision making and detailed operating analysis focused on PIC's global supply chain. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, a broad understanding of finance and accounting principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and key stakeholders.
Use financial tools and business understanding to support data-driven decision making across the business. Support detailed operating analysis focused on PIC's global supply chain business unit. Help prepare business review presentations and analyses. Support ad-hoc tasks and various business projects to improve processes and increase productivity. Support the global monthly close process to ensure timely and accurate financial results. Work closely with key stakeholders across PIC to assess and report financial performance. Manage multiple workstreams and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively. Uphold the Genus core values, mission, and vision. Position may require work responsibilities outside of normal business hours. Perform other projects and responsibilities as assigned. University degree in Business, Accounting, or Economics Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship A minimum of 2 years of experience in in finance or a related field, preferred. Broad understanding of finance and accounting principles Ability to work both autonomously and collaborate across teams and functional areas. Work requires continual attention to detail and ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to work across all levels of internal business stakeholders. Strong organization and prioritization skills are required. Excellent interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems in an empowered, self-directed/managed work environment. Ability to work in and maintain performance expectations in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office required and other financial software applications preferred.
