Zearch are working with a recently funded, Data Security start-up that is a true market maker in the modern data stack.

We have been engaged to hire the Founding Account Executive to work closely with the two founders to continue taking this solution to market.

Our client already have market fit, several paying Enterprise customers and almost $1M ARR, so the opportunity for the right entrepreneurial sales professional is huge.

You should be a driven new business hunter used to selling Data or Cyber solutions to Enterprise security teams (CISO, Heads of Security, Security Engineering etc).

The role will also be able to help shape GTM and potentially build out the team in the future.

Role:
Direct complete sales cycles from hunting to completing, alongside exploring prospects generated by marketing as well as via your own efforts.
Promote solid customer-client relationships, acting as a reliable advisor to enable growth, renewals and recommendations across your customers
Reshape and develop sales procedures to help our client create an outstanding customer experience.
Ability to work in a fast paced start up environment.
Develop your skills by mentoring new sales team members as our client continues their grow
Work cross-functionally across product, marketing, growth, engineering and platform teams to feedback and customer insights to enable our client to continually improve their offering
Trial innovative ideas and processes that will progress and grow our client's sales motion

You have:
5-10 years of proven experience in a closing role
Have been a founding AE or early GTM hire in the past
Demonstrated track record of exceeding your quota
Experience selling a complex SaaS/Data/ETL or Cyber solution with an Annual Contract Value of $100k+
Able to create replicable sales processes across a range of interactions and customer sizes
Profound customer empathy and exceptional communication skills
Ability to manage full sales-cycle management skills
Capable of working in a fast-paced and quick-changing environment
Previous experience as an early employee is a must
