• Supervise a team of Case Managers• Ensure that regulations and policies are followed• Support Case Managers while they provide services to children and families• Provide initial and ongoing training to Case Managers• Collaborate with a variety of community service providers
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or comparable human service field• Two years of related experience• Previous foster care and adoption services experience• Knowledge of regulations relating to Children's Division, Child Placing Licensure, and Foster Care System• CPR certification required• Obtain Class E Driver's License
