D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Forward Planning Assistant for their Operations Department.   providing administrative assistance to the Forward Planning Department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Contract administration
Distribution and review of department documents (i.e., sequence sheets, development schedules, color scheme documents, plans, lot exhibits, phasing maps, etc.)
Prepare check requests for various permits and fees
Input project information into JD Edwards (plan types, lot #, addresses, phasing, etc.)
Maintain filing
Log and track plans, check requests and contracts
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have a vehicle, a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel.
