As a Formulation Operator, you will be part of a team of front-line employees who perform the manufacturing processes which contribute to creating the final high-quality medications for our patients. Your role will focus on the production of medicines where you will weigh and measure ingredients, operate pharmaceutical manufacturing machinery, and monitor the manufacturing process to ensure the accurate distribution of ingredients in each tablet. You will ensure production requirements are met while following company policies/procedures and maintaining compliance with FDA and other Global Regulatory requirements.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- High School Diploma / GED
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- One year experience in a production environment
- Knowledge of cGMP
- Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Basic mechanical proficiency and computer skills
- Good interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
- Ability to perform duties with minimal direction
