The Human Resource Division (HRD) provides human resource services to supervisors, managers, and employees. Duties This position will serve as the public disclosure coordinator for HRD. This position will provide requested records in an efficient and timely manner, ensuring the maintenance, management, and security of WSP records in accordance with statutory requirements utilizing GovQA. This position also assists external stakeholders with public disclosure requests, discovery, subpoenas, and tort claim investigations by gathering, copying, delivering, and maintaining relevant records, including electronic and traditional records. Our new teammate will be able to: Coordinates responses to all public disclosure requests, discovery demands, subpoena duces tecums and tort claims for HRD. Coordinate with other agencies, divisions, and districts involving public disclosure requests. Accurately enters disclosure related information into GovQA. Consult with management personnel on disclosure issues. Coordinates local records hold by working with Risk Management to effectively hold and provide for secured long-term storage of records subject litigation hold notice. Facilitate and ensure agency staff provides accurate documentation of information in compliance with CALEA standards. Qualifications Required Qualifications: High School graduation or equivalent Two (2) years of clerical office experience.
