Responsibilities
• Operate equipment for manufacturing, processing, and packaging fiberglass insulation.• Monitor production equipment for early detection of failures.• Restock packaging materials and communicate with supervisor when supplies need replenishing.• Communicate equipment problems to supervisors and maintenance staff.• Follow safety protocols and participate in safety meetings.• Perform administrative duties and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.• Minimum of one year forklift experience in manufacturing environment.• Ability to observe safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.• Proficient in basic math and ability to read, write, and understand English.
