The Role The Forecasting Team is responsible for managing the work streams and the resources that affect how appointments are being offered. The forecast system creates and maintains forecast models for the Network workforce, incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from multiple sources.
This position is responsible for implementing adjustments needed based on the forecast model system.
The Main Responsibilities + Interpret information within the Forecasting Tool which incorporates resource availability and intake information to allow the company to predict employee resources and provide its supply chain with information to meet customer demand.
+ Gather, analyze, and validate data and present data driven recommendations. Prepare relevant material to facilitate research and discussion.
+ Host regular planning meetings with field partners.
+ Achieve consensus among planners and field management.
+ Manage expenses while guiding company expectations and results.
+ Prepare and maintain relevant reports and documentation pertaining to demand planning as well as area specific information.
+ Conduct root cause analysis on missed commitments and carryover.
What We Look For in a Candidate + Strong analytical, organizational, decision making, presentation and facilitation skills.

+ Computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
+ Candidate must have the ability to work in a consultative manner with others, i.e. establish rapport, interview, fact-find, present options, recommend solutions, follow-up and demonstrate customer focused behavior.
Required + Bachelor's Degree; 2-4 years of professional experience Or Master's Degree; 0-1 years of experience
Preferred + Master's Degree; 2-4 years of experience
Compensation The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

$54,110 – $72,140 in these states: AL AZ FL GA IA IN KS MO MT ND NM OH OK PA TN UT VT WI WV WY
$56,820 – $75,750 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI
$59,520 – $79,360 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
