• Maintain computerized financial records of income• Ensure financial integrity of collection and payment system• Function as accounts payable and receivable manager• Reconcile daily deposits with Business Office• Manage timesheet information and prepare payroll• Process free and reduced lunch applications• Manage reimbursement rates• Input monthly inventory data• Perform general clerical duties• Assist with cash register duties
Requirements
• Associates Degree preferred• Minimum of three years experience in a school setting• Or any relative combination of education and experience
