Mid-Columbia Medical Center is currently seeking a Food Services Representative for our Food and Nutrition Department in the hospital. Our Food and Nutrition department is an important part of our healthcare team for both our patients and our employees. Performs a range of duties to assist in the smooth operation of Food and Nutrition Services. This is an entry level training position. Duties will vary depending on training and experience. Assures quality disinfection and sanitation of all china, silverware, glassware, and cafeteria wares used in food preparation and services to patients and cafeteria guests on a daily basis. Follows and maintains all policies and procedures of the Food & Nutrition Services Department.
Education: High School Graduate or equivalent preferred
Licensure/Certification: Current Food Handler's Certificate/Card for applicable County/State.
Valid driver's license
Experience: Experience in food service industry preferred
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: Able to relate to others with courtesy and tact under normal as well as stressful conditions.
