Responsibilities
• Adhere to company and departmental policies, practices, and procedures• Contribute to a safe work environment• Maintain customers dining area in a clean and neat manner• Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages• Perform day-to-day operations of the Food Court• Service/prepare food & beverage orders in accordance with service standards• Receive payment from guests• Comply with health and safety standards/regulations• Monitor customer needs and promptly fulfill requests• Maintain working relationship and provide daily communication with leaders and co-workers• Maintain knowledge of facilities/outlets and special events on property• Assist other restaurant personnel with maintenance duties• Maintain regular attendance record• Perform all other assigned duties
Requirements
• Must be at least 15 years of age• High School diploma or GED preferred• Previous money handling experience preferred• Must score at least 85% on a Basic Math test• Must take required testing for the position• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents• Ability to write routine reports• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide• Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions• Physical ability to lift or maneuver at least thirty (30) pounds• Ability to stand/walk 75% of the shift• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, climb, reach, twist, and grip• Ability to work while wearing latex, vinyl, or rubber gloves• Ability to work in outside weather conditions• Ability to work on slippery or wet surfaces• Ability to work in wet and/or humid conditions• Ability to work with fumes or airborne particles• Ability to work in extreme weather/heat• Ability to work varying schedules
