Requirements
• Experience in large scale food service operation• Safe food handling and sanitation knowledge• Effective communication and interpersonal skills• Leadership, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities• Ability to work in high-pressure situations• Ability to work with diverse populations• Ability to understand and convey instructions and safety information• Physical ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds• Valid Food Handler's Permit and OLCC server permit• Current CPR/AED certification• Valid driver's license and clean driving record• Pass Criminal History Check
