Summary
To assist the wait staff in the service of food and beverage to guests and clearing of tables.
Essential Functions · Performs any necessary pre-shift side work.
· Becomes thoroughly familiar with all specials offered.
· Unloads trays in the dish machine area.
· Resets all tables and notifies host person of all reset tables.
· Practice clean as you go techniques, keeping tables and service station clean, neat, and stocked.
· Provides guests with water as they are seated.
· Assist servers with running food, drinks, and bussing tables.
· Rolls silverware and completes all assigned side work thoroughly.
· Ensures dish pit area remains organized while delivering dishes to the dish station.
· Busses tables and provides prompt, polite and courteous customer service to guests.
