JOB DETAILS:
Pay Rate: $24-$27 per hour
Hours: 2:00 PM-12:00 AM (midnight)
Schedule: 4x10 hour days (No nights on Fridays)
Location: St. Louis, MO
DUTIES:

Level 1 Technician:
Develop and implement calibration procedures for quality instrumentation equipment
Maintain quality instrumentation equipment to ensure accurate and reliable testing results
Lead the team in working with documentation and regulatory requirements to maintain quality standards
Mentor and train lower-level technicians to ensure consistency in quality control procedures
Level 2 Technician:
Assist in the investigation of customer complaints
Conduct long term projects and tests to improve products
Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance policies to meet industry standards
Maintain quality control documentation including SOPs and work instructions
Level 3 Technician:
Perform quality checks on products and raw materials
Microtesting of products to ensure microbiological safety and quality
Assist in maintaining quality control equipment and lab
Work with the team to implement corrective actions based on testing results
Follow standard operating procedures for Quality/Food Safety Department
Sampling Technician:
Batch processing background preferred
Basic lab skills
Measures bricks & PH levels
Detail-oriented
Basic math skills
Qualifications:
BS degree in relevant field or 5+ years of experience in Food & Beverage
HAACP & SQF certification is a plus
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary
