Responsibilities
• Hire and develop service personnel• Implement training programs for staff• Schedule service personnel and handle labor budgeting• Control time reporting and payroll• Communicate with Event Director and other staff during private functions• Attend meetings and hold training sessions• Check tickets, inspect side work and table settings• Check reservations and ensure staff readiness• Handle member/guest complaints and practice service recovery• Interact with members/guests professionally and assist with last-minute requests
Requirements
• 4+ years' experience as a restaurant leader• High school diploma required• Food Handlers Certificate and CPR Certification preferred• Experience with budget control and responsibility• Ability to maintain security and confidentiality• Computer skills and good communication skills• Ability to be a strong leader
