Job summary
The Soho Grand Hotel is looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to join their team.The F&B manager will oversee the PM F&B operations of the Grand Bar & Salon.Responsibilities include recruitment, training, managing employees, and growing revenues.

Responsibilities
• Provide genuine, professional service according to the hotel's service culture.• Follow through with guest requests in a timely and accurate manner.• Manage restaurant team members and ensure optimal guest service.• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.• Enforce service standards at all levels and improve them with staff.• Train and onboard new team members and assist with their development.• Monitor team member performance and handle disciplinary problems.• Maintain ambiance, sound, and lighting in public spaces.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in high-volume and luxury properties and fine dining.• Excellent guest service skills and ability to handle peak periods.• Knowledge of food and allergies.• Food handler card required.• Fluency in English.• Legible communication skills.• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.• Basic arithmetic skills.• Physical ability to reach, bend, stoop, climb stairs, and carry objects.
