Foam Operator

Position: Foam Operator
Location: Massillon
Shift: 3:30 PM- Midnight
Monday- Friday
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
I) Manufacturing
a. Fabricate SWF Case Interiors per Assembly Drawing & Production Order Forms
i. Die-cut foam
ii. Assemble/Glue foam layers
iii. Install/Glue foam into cases
b. Die-cut & install foam into SCWF cases per Production Order Forms
c. Perform Lid-Flap operation into cases per specifications
d. Maintain Job Files/Drawings
e. Maintain High Quality of Product
f. Work Productively to Maintain High On-Time Delivery per Delivery Schedule
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and production order forms Attention to detail and commitment to quality Strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Effective communication skills Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Prolonged periods of standing and working with machinery Manual dexterity for handling foam and tools Work Environment:
