As a fluid mechanics engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing Bexorg's core technology, improving the efficiency and performance of our biomedical research and associated product development. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product fidelity and ensure key research outputs are measured and controlled to achieve maximum potential. 
Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fluid Mechanics Engineer to join our dynamic research team. The ideal candidate will excel in experimental design, device testing, and real-time data analytics for biomedical devices.
Maximize medical device robustness through data driven decisions  Perform calculations, simulations, and analysis to optimize component design. Conduct testing, validation, and maintenance of systems to ensure performance. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source components and materials. Document design processes, technical specifications, and project updates. Optimize fluidic systems to achieve device resiliency and repeatable performance Utilize data analytics and waveform analysis for device performance evaluation. Conduct quality control experiments to ensure regulatory compliance. Provide technical input during design phases to enhance system performance and reliability. Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 4-5 years of experience in fluidics engineering for medical devices, including hands-on experimental work and quality control. Familiarity with biotech and medical device industry standards and quality assurance practices. Proficiency in programming (Arduino, C, Python), COMSOL or similar CFD software, and CAD (preferably SOLIDWORKS). Strong foundation in fluid dynamics, data analytics, quality control, and waveform analysis. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies and techniques. Additional Skills:
Understanding of manufacturing processes (3D printing, CNC machining, injection molding). Interdisciplinary knowledge of biochemistry or microbiology. Proficiency in statistical analysis and big data tools. Hands-on skills in experimental setup, execution, and optimization. Ideal Candidate:
Excels in both theoretical and practical aspects of device engineering. Capable of employing advanced waveform analysis to enhance device functionality and reliability. Continuously evaluates and improves processes  Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus. Bexorg, Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer.
