A prominent flooring contractor is searching for a qualified Project Manager to join their team. This company excels in flooring projects with a solid background in the industry. Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, budgets, and timelines. Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and material procurement. Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and provide accurate cost estimates. Oversee the installation of epoxy and topical coatings on concrete surfaces, ensuring the work meets manufacturer specifications and industry standards. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and in-house teams to ensure the availability of necessary resources. Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures as necessary. Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Foster positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to enhance customer satisfaction and promote future business opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required). Proven experience as a project manager in the epoxy and topical concrete coatings industry. Strong knowledge of epoxy and topical coating materials and application techniques. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical specifications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Project management software proficiency is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
