Responsibilities
• Direct and motivate store team• Provide service in accordance with TH Customer Service program• Generate sales and profit, minimize losses• Ensure store is visually distinctive and well-maintained• Assist in recruiting, training, and development of associates• Communicate performance and business needs to team• Manage inventory and replenishment process• Analyze and solve problems• Maintain store security and safety awareness• Source and hire new talent• Develop associates' product and sales knowledge• Participate in management meetings• Execute merchandising and visual standards• Maintain store organization and cleanliness
Requirements
• Effective written and verbal communication skills• Proficient in operational policies and procedures• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds• Able to stand for long periods of time• Knowledgeable in product and sales• Ability to adapt to flexible work schedule• Detail-oriented and eye for visual standards
