Responsibilities
• Direct and motivate store team• Provide service in accordance with TH Customer Service program• Maximize sales and profit, minimize losses• Ensure store is visually distinctive and well-maintained• Maximize associate productivity and ensure compliance with company standards• Develop associates through feedback, coaching, and training• Effective written and verbal communication skills• Proficient in operational policies and procedures• Manage time and prioritize tasks• Maximize sales through TH Customer Service execution and merchandise representation• Communicate statistical results and business needs• Conduct training and execute replenishment and recovery process• Analyze problems and generate solutions• Represent TH image through personal and professional appearance• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures• Receive and process shipments and transfers• Follow Inventory Shrinkage Improvement Program• Maintain store security and safety awareness• Open/close the store• Lift a minimum of 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time• Source and hire talent, conduct orientation process• Develop associates in product and sales knowledge• Create energy, excitement, and recognition• Participate in management and staff meetings• Adapt to position needs and work flexible hours• Demonstrate teamwork and lead by example• Make business decisions based on sell-through strategies• Maintain store presentation and standards• Keep management informed of merchandise and visual issues• Execute markdowns and re-merchandise• Maintain store organization and cleanliness
Requirements
