Job Summary:Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet Inc. is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Floor Controller/Greeter. This position is a full-time, individual contributor role in the Auto industry. As the Floor Controller/Greeter, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our customers as they visit our dealership in Waterford Twp, Michigan.Compensation & Benefits:This position offers a competitive salary of $3000 to $4000 per month, paid biweekly. In addition, employees are eligible for benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and company discounts on vehicles and services.Responsibilities:Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dealership, providing a warm and friendly atmosphereDirect customers to the appropriate department or employee for assistanceKeep track of inventory levels and assist with organizing and arranging vehicles on the showroom floorMonitor and maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the dealership, including the showroom, lot, and customer waiting areasAssist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and filing paperworkCommunicate effectively with customers, employees, and management to ensure efficient and smooth operationsAddress and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely mannerCollaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experienceAttend and participate in company training and meetings as requiredRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrior customer service experience preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer systemsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysEEOC Statement:Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
