• Serve customers quickly, accurately, and efficiently• Understand and promote bank products and services• Identify customer needs and make referrals• Maintain a professional appearance• Manage risks associated with job function• Process transactions for various accounts• Assist in training new tellers• Maintain security and audit procedures• Work at any branch within the region• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• 18 months of customer service/sales experience• Cash handling and customer service skills• Previous banking experience preferred• Good interpersonal and computer skills• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds• Ability to stand/sit for long periods of time• Ability to interpret information on computer screens• Ability to travel to branches within the region
