Floating General Manager

As a Floating General Manager, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple locations within the PCRK Group, ensuring the smooth operation of our businesses and delivering exceptional customer service.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations, overseeing the team, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets, while fostering a positive work environment for the team.

You should have a proven track record in management, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to different working environments. Experience in the massage/skincare industry is a plus.
