As a Teacher at Primrose School of Willowglen located at 1496 Hamilton Ave, San Jose, CA 95125, you will help young minds explore, discover and understand the world around them. The Primrose School of Willow Glen is seeking floater teachers for all grades Infants through Kindergarten. This position will ensure adherence to our mission of bringing the best and most trusted in early childhood education and child care services to the families we serve. We are seeking an individual who is energetic, organized, a problem solver, and possesses great communication skills. This individual needs to be passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to the success of our next generation.

Qualifications
12 or more core units in Early Childhood Education Recommended
Work experience in a licensed child care facility as a floater or support Teacher.
Must meet basic requirements of local child care regulatory agency including finger-printing and background check
Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
Highly professional and dependable
Knowledge of the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children
Job Responsibilities:
Provide rest, meal, and bathroom break to classroom teachers.
Substitute for classroom teachers for call-outs
Observes all rules and regulations pertaining to the health, safety, and care of children
Assist classroom teachers in curriculum and classroom management.
Attends all required staff meetings, workshops, and/or school functions as determined by the Director
Maintains a professional personal appearance, attitude, and work behavior at all times
