As a Fortune 500 company, we value and develop our employees who are making a difference in a mission that matters.Job ResponsibilitiesMaintains, repairs, and services vehicles and equipment that are essential to other work groups to ensure that they are safe, functional, and available when needed and in accordance with DOT regulationsPerforming troubleshooting and diagnosing current or potential vehicle and equipment malfunctionsTemporary or permanent repairs and component rebuilding on trucks, construction, automotive and auxiliary equipmentPreventative maintenanceMiscellaneous duties as required or assignedCurrent pay range: $30.44-$50.73/hr; subject to change based on union contract (starting rate will be based on experience level).Minimum Experience RequiredApplicant must have a minimum of two years' experience as an automotive or truck mechanic within the past four yearsApplicant must have a valid driver's license and meet the company's requirements for driving.The selected applicant must obtain a commercial driver's license (CDL) within 90 days of entry into the job.The applicant must comply with DOT commercial driver's license (CDL) drug and alcohol testing requirements.
