Job Summary This role collaborates closely with operations leaders to ensure overall safety, maintain fleet compliance, and enhance fleet performance. The Fleet Safety Coordinator is essential in providing administrative support, managing reporting and data entry, and assisting field associates with safety and fleet-related concerns.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with the Operations leadership team to ensure all fleet activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies. Proactively stay informed on regulatory laws for updates to ensure compliance, updating leadership as regulations change. Partner with fleet vendors to ensure regulatory compliance standards are being enforced. Facilitate solutions with leadership team to ensure Sales and Fleet have vehicles to service our customers' needs. Serve as the primary point of contact for field associates, addressing their daily needs and resolving issues related to fleet operations. Drive sustainability efforts by implementing best practices and strategies to improve safety records, reduce environmental impact and promote efficient resource use. Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Provide comprehensive administrative support, including accurate and timely data entry and reporting. Maintain Fuel card assignments proper truck and associate. Montior equipment usage and PM performance. Monitor safety report dashboards. Position Requirements Strong understanding of compliance regulations in general safety and fleet operations. Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in data entry and reporting tools. Proven proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Solution-oriented team player with the ability to adapt to change.
