Job Description As a Fleet Logistics Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our company's transportation operations. Your organization and managerial skills will be crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient fleet management.

- Coordinating and scheduling regular maintenance, inspections, and services for all vehicles to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
- Ordering urgent or emergency repairs and liaising with service providers to minimize vehicle downtime.
- Managing the upfitting and branding of fleet vehicles, ensuring they meet company standards and branding guidelines
- Handling accidents involving fleet vehicles, including reporting, insurance claims, and implementing preventive measures to reduce accident rates.
- Overseeing vehicle licensure and registration to processes, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including DOT requirements.
- Ensuring all fleet members have proper licensure, up-to-date training, and certifications, and organizing regular training sessions as needed.
- Monitoring drives to ensure adherence to safety protocols, and proper driving practices, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Providing comprehensive reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance, fuel expenditures, rental costs, and fleet performance.
- Developing and implementing strategies to decrease costs, improve efficiency, and enhance overall fleet performance.
- Managing fuel expenditures by monitoring fuel consumption, negotiating fuel contracts, and implementing fuel-saving initiatives.
- Managing vehicle setup, configuration, and customization to meet operations requirements. Qualifications Required:
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other fleet management software. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communications skills, with experience coordinating with vendors/supplies and working effectively with managers across various departments. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Preferred:
Fleet Management experience or related field experience. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administrations, Logistics, or a related field
