What Drivers Are Offered. Competitive Pay: Earn an average of $1500$2000 per week with a generous $5000 signon bonus. Receive your first $1500 after dropping your first load! Home Weekends: Enjoy weekends at home with a minimum of 34 hours up to 48 hours. Southern Texas and select Florida areas may require longer time on the road (2 weeks). Steady Work: Run a fivestate regional route potentially covering all 48 states. Modern Equipment: Drive topoftheline Cascadias and T680s with automatic transmissions. Can take truck home but must include the trailer. If you dont have a place to park you can park at a truck stop as long as you have a Dash Valve Lock. Diverse Freight: Approximately 4050% of our freight is tarped Comprehensive Benefits: Full medical dental PTO and 401K with matching available after just 30 days. Requirements: Experience: Must have one year of verifiable OTR experience in the last 5 years with at least 6 months dedicated to flatbed hauling specifically involving steel and pipes. Clean Record: No more than one atfault accident in the last three years DOT Recordable in the last year will be reviewed; no more than three moving violations in the last three years and only one can be a major moving violation. Stability: While we consider candidates with multiple job changes those with more than 6 jobs in the last three years are ineligible for the signon bonus.
