Pay Range: $26-$31 per hour based on experience.

What's a typical day as a Fixed Assets Analyst? You'll be: Recording the cost of newly acquired assets, tracking existing fixed assets, transferring assets between entities, and accounting for the disposition of fixed assets
Monitoring and processing transactions on a daily basis
Reviewing and analyzing fixed asset addition support to ensure compliance with current capitalization policy
Serving as the primary liaison to research and resolve asset inquiries
Coordinating and assisting with daily/weekly/monthly audits on fixed asset additions, transfers, and disposals to ensure proper set up and documentation
Conducting analysis related to fixed assets as requested by management
Supporting external audit requirements and maintenance of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance reporting and documentation
This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a minimum of 1 year of fixed asset accounting
Have experience with ERP accounting software
Are process-oriented with strong attention to detail and organization
Can effectively manage multiple activities or sources of information
Have an understanding of SOX requirements
Have an intermediate to expert level of MS Excel knowledge
Are able to commit to a temporary project
