Responsibilities
• Perform MIG welding on Vertical, Horizontal, Flat, and Overhead welds• Fit and grind materials as needed• Follow assembly line work for Steel Rolloff container manufacturing• Maintain a fast pace and meet production targets• Ensure high quality welds and workmanship• Adhere to safety protocols• Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently• Maintain a clean and organized work area• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines• Communicate any issues or concerns to supervisors
Requirements
• Experience with MIG welding• Ability to weld on material thickness ranging from 12 gage to 1/4• Proficient in welding Vertical, Horizontal, Flat, and Overhead welds• Knowledge of fitting and grinding• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, assembly line environment• Dependable and reliable• Highly motivated and qualified• Strong attention to detail• Ability to follow instructions and work independently• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
