Job SummaryThe Fitness Sales Associate at ISI Elite Training Burlington will be responsible for selling and promoting membership packages to potential customers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and developing relationships with customers while also understanding and communicating the features of ISI Elite Training Burlington.Compensation & BenefitsThis is a Part-Time, hourly position. The compensation for this position is between $10 and $15 per hour. Benefits associated with the position include flexible working hours as well as discounts on ISI Elite Training Burlington membership and other services.ResponsibilitiesGenerate membership sign-ups by providing engaging, informed and professional explanations of ISI Elite Training Burlington's services and member packagesExecute sales presentation and closing activities for potential membersCultivate excellent customer relations/relationship management for current and prospect membersWork on other tasks as assigned by the ManagerRequirementsDemonstrates success in salesProficiency in customer service and developing customer relationshipsExcellent interpersonal skillsProficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)Ability work a flexible scheduleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-starter, able to handle multiple tasks, and work with minimal directionAbility to maintain professionalism under pressureEEOC StatementISIS Elite Training Burlington is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
