Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate financial profiles for personal training members• Promote the financial growth of the personal training department• Maintain the integrity of the facility and equipment• Provide excellent customer service• Make decisions regarding customer feedback and inquiries• Build and maintain business relationships• Exemplify the Anytime Fitness brand• Supervise 2-5 employees• Plan, assign, and direct work• Maintain work schedules• Address complaints and resolve problems
Requirements
• Ability to work from the facility• Ability to work required hours• Strong communication skills• Coachability• Strong problem-solving skills• Strong knowledge of health, fitness, and physiology• Understanding of team cohesion• Personable• High school diploma or GED• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science (preferred)• One year of fitness training experience• CPR/AED Certification• Current Personal Training Certification or ability to be certified within 90 days• Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Gym Management Software)
