We're looking for a passionate Fire Sprinkler Designer to join our growing team of dedicated professionals. You'll work on diverse projects, collaborate with talented individuals, and contribute to a company that prioritizes safety and excellence.
Responsibilities:
Design and layout fire sprinkler systems for a variety of commercial and residential projects using industry-standard software like AutoCAD and HydraCAD. Conduct comprehensive hydraulic calculations to ensure optimal system performance and compliance with NFPA codes and standards. Prepare detailed construction documents, including plans, sections, and specifications. Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve seamless project integration. Conduct field surveys and verify existing conditions for accurate system design. Respond to requests for information and address design challenges efficiently. Stay current with the latest fire protection technologies and regulations. Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Fire Sprinkler Designer. Proven proficiency in AutoCAD and HydraCAD. Solid understanding of NFPA codes and standards. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. NICET Level I or higher certification preferred (but not required). Benefits:
