Fire Sprinkler Apprentice

Looking for a Sprinkler Fitter Apprentice to work in Massachusetts. In the position you will assist Licensed Sprinkler Fitters on the job site with handling pipe, fittings, valves, and other material. Must possess a strong willingness to learn about the design and installation of different fire sprinkler systems.

Pay is $25-30 an hour 

Responsibilities:
Have an understanding of the basic of sprinklers Working on plastic work efficiently with minimal supervision under direction of Sprinkler Tech must be able to use basic hand tools Basic math skills, mechanical aptitude and problem solve skills  Prepare sprinkler pipe, using threader when needed, and stock truck with inventory required to perform the job. Work efficiently and utilize resources to complete jobs in a timely manner. Manage inventory and tools for each job to assure proper parts and tools are on hand.
Manage the installation jobsite in an efficient and safe manner keeping it clean, organized, & professional.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Construction: 1 year (Preferred) Fire sprinkler fitting: 1 year (Preferred) This applicant must be 18 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's license along with reliable transportation to work every day. Must be willing to travel to any location within New England or work any shift at the request of the company Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs continuously for a full work day.
