Report on activities completed, deferred, or requiring further action or materialCode Compliance: Identify code and non-conformance issues, ensuring adherence to required standardsQuote small repair jobs and provide detailed parts and labor requirements to estimators and sales for large repair projectsPlan work with mentor, Lead Technicians, and Supervisors to strategize tasks effectivelyWill be working in both New Jersey and New York Metro locationsYou will make an impact with these qualifications:Basic Qualifications:?Entry: ears' experience in the service, repairs and maintenance of commercial Fire Alarm systemsMid Level: 3+ years' experience in the service, repairs and maintenance of commercial Fire Alarm systemsMust be able to differentiate types/colors of wire; use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet; carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 75 pounds?unassistedMust obtain NICET Fire Alarm Certification Level 2 within 12 monthsLegally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorshipMust be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations?Preferred Qualifications:?High school diploma or state-recognized GED; Associate degree in electronics or related field preferred5+ years' experience in the installation and/or maintenance of commercial fire alarm systems?Ability to read/understand design and construction documentsYou'll benefitfrom:Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees.
