Responsibilities
• Understands and follows SOPs and WIs• Basic blueprint reading• Monitor and maintain DI water system• Maintain and help design/develop fixturing• Maintains high quality standards• Supports customer service, lean manufacturing concepts, and process improvement• Conducts preventive maintenance• Completes finishing projects• Accurately completes paperwork and computer transactions• Consistently meets quality, productivity, training, and efficiency goals
Requirements
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent• Experience in metal finishing and media blasting preferred• Experience with machine operation preferred• Basic mechanical aptitude, good hand-eye coordination, and detail-oriented• Basic math skills• Self-motivated and able to work under general supervision in a team environment• Able to maintain satisfactory attendance record• Reliable, dependable, and honest• Ability to comprehend and apply mathematical principles• Ability to write and record data and information• Comfortable exhibiting high level of manual dexterity
