Server – learn a new set of skills as a professional server. We specialize in celebrations, date night, anniversaries, promotions, birthdays, special events, etc. Dining at the Melting Pot is a celebration! Be ready to deliver service that is genuinely part of a special occasion. 
RESPONSIBILITIES: Promote and maintain positive guest relations. Follow all service sequences. Serve products according to standards and procedures. Establish professional, hospitable rapport with each guest you serve. Always exceed guests expectations, making their evening extra special. Perform opening, running, and closing sidework assignments. Requirements * Ability to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English.
