Are you passionate about financial systems and eager to support global financial reporting and consolidation processes? We are looking for a dedicated Financial Systems Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support for a suite of financial tools, including Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management (FDMEE), Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), Hyperion BI+, Hyperion Planning and Essbase, and Smart View (Excel Add-in). Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of our global consolidation and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
User Support and Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, collaborating with the IT department for technical resolutions.
Close and Reporting Support: Assist with monthly system maintenance cycles and support close and reporting processes.
Business Process Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of existing business processes supported by Hyperion applications.
Financial Consolidations: Manage financial consolidations, including intercompany activity, eliminations, and foreign currency translation.
Helpdesk Assistance: Address helpdesk tickets through the ServiceNow tracking software.
Critical System Issues: Identify and report critical system issues to the Hyperion technical team and end-user community.
Smartview Assistance: Help users with Smartview functionality, including ad hoc and formula-driven spreadsheets.
FDMEE Locations Management: Manage new FDMEE locations and migrate locations to auto-load direct connect.
Hyperion Financial Reports: Create or modify reports using Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio.
User Training: Develop, update, and conduct training for Hyperion users globally.
User Security Maintenance: Maintain user security in Hyperion systems, adhering to approved business unit workflow requests and control protocols.
Technical Support: Assist with the development, maintenance, and testing of HFM, FDMEE, Hyperion Planning and Essbase, Financial Reporting, and Smart View.
Integration and Implementation: Participate in the integration and implementation of new tools within the Hyperion financial products suite.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of all consolidation and finance reporting systems.
Cloud Migration: Support future cloud migration projects for consolidation systems.
System Updates: Update exchange rates and IBR requirements.
Help Desk Support: Resolve end-user issues via help desk tickets.
SOD Requirements: Maintain business rules to support Segregations of Duties (SOD) requirements.
Audit Collaboration: Work with Audit and Oracle Flora teams as needed.
Flexible Work Schedule - Remote Work Option and Core Hours:
Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely up to three days a week. Our core hours are 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, allowing you to flex your start and stop times while ensuring team collaboration and productivity.

Required Education, Experience & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
3+ years of relevant financial accounting experience, particularly in financial consolidation systems
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and/or SQL
Legal authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship is not provided)
Preferred Education, Experience & Skills:
Extensive knowledge of Hyperion System Version 11 applications, including HFM, FDMEE, Hyperion Planning and Essbase, Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio, and Smart View. Experience with other consolidation systems is also considered.
