Fuse3 Solutions is partnering with a premier OKC company to hire for a financial reporting accountant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public and/or corporate accounting.
Responsibilities of the Financial Reporting Accountant Preparation of SEC financial reporting forms (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, etc.) Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Prepare schedules to support filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Remain current with SEC and GAAP requirements Requirements of the Financial Reporting Accountant 2 - 7 years of public audit and/or 3-7 years of corporate accounting Bachelor's degree in accounting CPA highly preferred Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles GAAP Compensation of the Financial Reporting Accountant $90,000 - $120,000 (depending on education and experience) starting base salary plus lucrative bonus and benefits package To see this and other job opportunities please visit:
